The Institute conducts various programs through the year.The following are some its activities:

1.Celebration of four Darshan days-Feb 21st(the Mother's Birthday); April 24th (The Mother's final arrival to Pondicherry); August 15th ( Sri Aurobindo's Birthday); November 24th (Sri Aurobindo's Siddhi Day).

All are welcome to meditate in the Meditation Hall from 7.30am to 7.30pm.

2.During other special days such as 17th Nov, 20th Nov, 5th Dec, 9th Dec there is meditation at 10 am and 7 pm.

3.On every 1st of January there is meditation at 10 am followed by calendar distribution.

4.There is swadyaya (reading of Sri Aurobindo's and Mother's works) every Sunday at 5.30 pm.

5. During the month of December, between 9th and 13th,annually Sri Aurobindo Jayanti talk is conducted by inviting an expert to deliver the lecture. In lieu of celebrating the Institute's birthday on the 13th of Dec. the school puts up an event to celebrate the occasion. Other events are also celebrated at Matridarshan for the occasion.

6. Periodically, the Institute conducts workshops,lectures and seminars on relevant subjects of spiritual growth. (If you wish to be on our mailing list you may inform us.)

7. The Institute also conducts Value Education programs sponsored by Ministry of Human Resource,New Delhi.

8. It conducts evening classes in various cultural activities such as music and dance,and also in painting, karate and yoga. (Interested participants may contact us.)
